Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and TrickMe ("TrickMe", "we", "us") and govern your use of the TrickMe app and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using TrickMe, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility — 18+

You must be at least 18 years old to use TrickMe. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older, that you can form a binding contract, and that you are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.

2. Your account

You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not impersonate others or maintain duplicate accounts to evade restrictions.

3. User content

TrickMe lets you post content — statements, profile photos, bio, dare proof, and chat messages ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant TrickMe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to share it and that it does not violate these Terms or the law.

4. Acceptable use & prohibited content

You agree not to post, send, or do any of the following:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or nudity content; sexual content involving minors in any form
• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or content that promotes violence or discrimination
• Content that is illegal, fraudulent, scammy, deceptive, or infringes others' rights
• Sharing other people's private information without consent
• Spam, solicitation, or commercial promotion
• Impersonation, fake profiles, bots, automated scraping, or attempts to break or abuse the Service
• Any use by anyone under 18, or content that sexualizes minors

We may remove content and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content moderation, reporting & blocking

We provide tools to report content or users and to block and mute other users. We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and act on them, including by removing content and ejecting offending users, typically within 24 hours. We use a combination of automated and human moderation. By using the Service, you consent to this moderation.

6. Subscriptions & payments

TrickMe offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., TrickMe Plus and TrickMe Black), available monthly or annually. Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account.

• The subscription auto-renews at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store → your account → Subscriptions.
• Prices and benefits are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logo, and brand, is owned by TrickMe and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that matches, conversations, or outcomes will meet your expectations, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You interact with other people at your own risk — please follow our safety guidance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrickMe and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect users and the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Apple App Store terms

The following apply because you download the app from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and TrickMe only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Your license to use the app is a non-transferable license to use it on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or for addressing any claims relating to the app (including product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims).
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.

The standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where it conflicts with these Terms, the stricter user-protective term applies.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts, unless local law requires otherwise.
